The apartment is located in the prestigious Mennica Residence development, whose architecture, thoughtful layout, and additional services transport us to one of the most luxurious locations in the capital.

The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, sleeping annex, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a balcony. Air conditioning is also available. The apartment is located on the 10th floor (the building has an elevator).

Central Station, Złote Tarasy shopping mall, numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby. Major attractions, such as the Palace of Culture and Science, Nowy Świat, and the Old Town, are within walking distance or just a few minutes away by public transportation.

Excellent connections to Chopin Airport (approximately 20 minutes by car or train from Central Station).

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage (additional fee).
